which can be downloaded here.

This release contains a number of fixes and enhancements:
- Corrected problem where the first license detail row was sometimes assigned criteria # 0 resulting the potential omission of license alert conditions . (Note: to remedy this problem for existing licenses, simply delete the license detail row having a criteria=0 and re-enter that license detail row after applying the software upgrade.)
- Newly entered source isotopes will default to by-product rather than source material.
- Only isotopes on sources for which a license is identified will be examined for potential license status alerts. Sources not assigned to a license will no longer trigger the alert: 'Material not covered by license'.
- Enhanced performance of delete functionality for license criteria and isotope activity row deletes Select 'DELETE' from the main menu when the cursor is positioned on the license criteria row to be deleted. Select 'DELETE' from the main menu when the cursor is positioned on the isotope activity row to be deleted.
- Child sources created will default to the same form as the parent source rather than defaulting to source material.
- Half Life and isotope form will display more quickly in the activity tab of the source window.
- The extraneous File -- Save Menu option has been deleted.
- Corrected problem in the report:Comprehensive. Source Listing where licenses were list sequentially for ALL licenses within a single source listing under certain circumstances.
- The reports generator style report has been modified to expand the owner and location fields to correctly display up to the field width.
- Each license included in the report: License Master will print on a fresh page.
- Fixed fomatting issue in report:License Status where multiple corresponding sources headers printed for some licenses under certain circumstances.
- Widened field widths for the report constructor window such that display fields are not truncated in the when bolded on the desktop in the report request window.
- Changed the format of % in alerts list to be more readable, expanding by one more digit before rolling into scientific notation.

Note that this is not a complete installation package; you must already
have re:SOURCE. You should not need to re-enter the password.
Notes for Version 2.16b
Bug fix for decay calculation: Where standard units were
requested in one unit of measure (e.g. mCi) and native units were reported
in another derivative of the same unit (e.g. Ci), decay calculations were
reported in native units while displaying the standard units label.
Notes for Version 2.16
This version allows the user to disable the automatic
recalculation of decay and license alerts. In the preferences window,
uncheck the box for "automatic recalculation." Note: If you disable
the automatic recalculations, remember to periodically request a manual
recalculation via the menu option "Recalculate Decay." This will keep
the decay and license alerts current.
